Family adventure day at Camp Daggett
Spend the day with your family at Camp Daggett on Saturday, October 1, 10:00-4:00. The morning will include team-building games, with a transition to the low ropes course. These activities promote self-esteem, confidence, mutual respect, and teamwork among every member of the family.
After a break for lunch, we'll head down to the Adventure Center for the "high ropes" portion of the day. A high-ropes course is exactly what it sounds like: activities that are performed at a height of 20-40 feet above the ground while harnessed to belay rope. It is during this part of our program that participants can use everything they have learned and accomplished during the first part of the day.
We'll also enjoy time on the waterfront -- swimming, canoeing -- and a tasty barbecue lunch.
All ages are welcome, but some activities are limited to children in the second grade and older. The cost is just $65 per family.
