Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Is there a deadline for registering & how do I register?

A: Registration is ongoing throughout the summer but space is limited & fills up quickly.  We recommend submitting the camp registration packet and deposits (non-refundable) as soon as possible as space is filled on a first come, first served basis. Providing there is space for the week(s) you're looking at, you would need to submit the camp registration packet & deposit payment by the Wednesday before the week(s) in question in order for us to process & register your child for camp. 

Q: Do you have a waiting list if the weeks I want are full?

A: Yes, If the weeks you are looking at are full, we are happy to add you to our waiting list! In order to be added to the waitlist for any given week, you will need to have a camp registration form on file at the office. If space opens up for the week(s) in question, we will contact you the Friday before to confirm your attendance. 

Q: When are payments due?

A: A $15.00 deposit/week (non-refundable) is due at the time of registration. If you submit your registration form but not the deposits, you will not be registered until deposits are submitted. The remaining balance for each week is due the Wednesday before. 

Q: What is autopay and how does it work?

A: Autopay is a payment option where payments are automatically scheduled to run on due dates each week you are registered. We strongly encourage utilizing this payment option as it takes the guesswork and the need to remember to submit payments. 

Q: What happens if a payment is not received on or before the due date?

A: Because there may be a waitlist for any given week, it is imperative that you submit payments on time. If payment is not submitted by the due date and there is a waitlist, you will be removed from the roster for that week. 

Q: Can I get a refund for missed days?

A: Refunds are not given for missed days. Refunds will be given if the class is canceled because of limited enrollment. Participants may cancel before the class begins and receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided after the class start date.

Q: If I'm signed up for a week but cannot attend, will I get a refund?

A: If you are unable to attend a week you are registered for, we require a full week's notice to cancel any scheduled payments & unregister you for that week. If you have already submitted payment for a week but are unable to attend, we will refund the cost of the week (minus non-refundable deposit) to a system credit which can be used for a future week of camp or another Y program.
