Sunrise Pancake Breakfast

Thanks to everyone who helped with the Sunrise Breakfasts at the PYSA soccer tournaments, June 18 and 19. The Sunrise Rotary Club lent great support, especially John Johnson, Bill Brower, and Rod Niswander, who cooked a total of 351 meals. Fletch’s provided the big tent and a large banner. We congratulate Trish Lamberti and her crew on another successful tournament, and look forward to working together again next year. Proceeds from the breakfasts will support the Y’s community work, such as scholarships to Summer Day Camp at Camp Petosega.

Bike Give-Away

Thanks to Revolution Bike in Charlevoix, the United Way, and Fletch's, the Y was able to distribute more than two dozen bicycles (with helmets!) to area kids. Here are some smiles from June 24.
